At freecosystem, we understand that circumstances may change. Customers may request cancellation of subscription subject to the conditions below.
Subscription Cancellation
- Once the Subscription has been initiated and is seen updated under user’s subscription tab, cancellation may not be possible.
How to Request Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting us at:

Please provide:
- Payment ref number and date and the subscription attempted
- Registered email or phone number
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Freecosystem reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for completed or already processed subscriptions.
