2. About the Platform

freecosystem is an online platform designed to enable users to:

Share and give away products for free
Offer or access promotional services
List or explore property opportunities
Create and connect through matrimony profiles

The platform acts only as an intermediary and does not participate in transactions between users.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account

4. User Accounts

Registration is mandatory to create listings or show interest
Users are responsible for all activities under their account
freecosystem reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

5. Services and Listings

a) Free Product Listings

Users can list products for free
No fees for listing or showing interest
Both parties must be registered users
freecosystem is not responsible for product quality, condition, or exchange outcomes

b) Promotional Service Listings

Requires a paid subscription per listing
Users showing interest must also have a subscription
No restriction on the number of interests expressed
Platform does not guarantee service quality or outcomes

c) Property Listings

Requires a paid subscription per listing or to show interest
No limit on expressing or accepting interests
freecosystem does not verify property details or ownership

d) Matrimony Listings

One profile per user with a paid subscription
Profile creation is mandatory to express interest
No restriction on number of interests
Users are responsible for authenticity of their information

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways
freecosystem does not store banking or card details
Refunds are only applicable in case of technical issues preventing listing publication
A processing fee of INR 25 may be deducted from refunds

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

Not to post false, misleading, or illegal content
Not to misuse or exploit other users’ information
To ensure all shared content is lawful and appropriate
To communicate respectfully with other users

8. Communication and Contact Sharing

Users can express interest through the platform
Contact details are shared only after acceptance of interest
freecosystem is not responsible for interactions or agreements between users

9. Content and Listings

Users are solely responsible for the content they post
freecosystem reserves the right to:
Remove inappropriate content
Reject or delete listings
Suspend accounts violating policies

10. Privacy

User data is handled as per the Privacy Policy
Public listings may display user-provided information
Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal data

11. Limitation of Liability

Does not guarantee accuracy of listings
Is not responsible for disputes between users
Is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform usage

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, hosting). freecosystem is not responsible for their actions or policies.

13. Termination

Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
Remove listings that violate these Terms

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
