- Payment deducted but subscription not processed
- Technical issue attributable to our platform
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused due to third-party providers beyond our control

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Freecosystem reserves the right to review and approve or reject refund requests based on the nature of the issue and transaction verification.
